The hotel occupies an area of 3.8 hectares and situated on Ploshad Europi , near Kievsky railway station in Moscow. It has 427 rooms, 4 restaurants, shopping center, business center with 14 banquet halls and a conference hall for 550 seats.
The residential part of the hotel occupies the maximum territory of the building. The functional solution is designed according to all safety requirements.
