The Health Center (The Hotel) "Neftyanik Sibiri" is located in the gross vegetation of the forest on the first shoreline of the sea. Building harmoniously fit into the surroundings of the marvelous southern vegetation and azure sea. Magnificent territory, private beach, elevators straight to the sea, nice waterfront, modern comfortable rooms - from standard to deluxe suites of European level.

Building №4 named "European" and it is located in the depths of azure bay, surrounded by a green array of mountain vegetation. The main feature of the building is its absolute autonomy - all services, from meals to medical procedures, can be obtained on site without passing to other buildings of the sanatorium. The cozy atmosphere and style of a country hotel, spacious rooms and excellent infrastructure - all this creates a feeling of some isolation and rest at the European level.

The management of Surgutneftegas believes that investments in the social sphere are repayable in future, therefore they annually invest considerable funds for the development of the medical-health base. The construction of the new building began in the spring of 2008.

Modern materials from Italy, Germany, Holland were used in decoration of the building. For example - matte ceramic tiles with shiny effect of different colors covered floors of rooms, corridors and stairs. All latest technologies were used in construction of the building. Construction and decoration materials were picked up very properly considering the aggressive external environment, so the interior and exterior of the building wouldn’t be succumb to aging as long as possible. Windows of building are equipped with special lamellas. They reflect direct sunlight, not letting rooms to warm up.

The building has an original layout, elegant decoration and modern technical equipment. Modern imported air conditioning systems, air drying, heating and water treatment, ventilation equipment.

There is one more way from the checkpoint to the new building. If you need to go to the beach you can walk by feet or use panoramic lift. There are 40 apartments in Health Center. All rooms have balconies and views from rooms - mountain or seascape.

The medical center consists of the physiotherapy department, Turkish and Russian baths and a complex of saunas, massage rooms and local cryotherapy. There are also spacious solariums and a hydromassage pool, a conference hall for 86 people, a restaurant, two bars, a billiard room and a bowling club. Nearby is a magnificent landscaped area with a children's playground and attractions. For privacy there is a unique recreation area on the top floor of the building: terraces with a bar in the style of a street cafe, an open solarium, original landscaped furniture and illuminated flower beds and a fountain with illumination. The Health Center (the Hotel) "Neftyanik Sibiri" in Tuapse can accommodate about 8 thousand people during the season.
